About

Where Finance Meets
Vision

David Lipski

For over fifteen years, I have operated at the intersection of high-stakes finance and high-impact projects — from the studio lots of Hollywood to the emerging real estate markets of Southeast Asia.

My career began in audit and financial advisory at Stonefield Josephson, where I developed the analytical rigor that would become the foundation of everything that followed. From there, I moved into entertainment finance — managing portfolios at 21st Century Fox, directing operations at Disney, and overseeing a $100M+ P&L at CBS Corporation.

Today, as founder of Nomadvestor, I advise a global portfolio of strategic investments spanning luxury real estate, entertainment ventures, and emerging market opportunities. I bring the same discipline I learned in Hollywood boardrooms to every new venture.
